Application in Mandarin

As part of my PhD research, I would like to get a short-term internship at a data labeling company in China. I am therefore looking for a translator who can help me 1) find data labeling companies' websites with contact information (ideally 10-20 located in Henan, Guizhou or Shaanxi) and 2) help me translate my application from English to Mandarin which I will send to them via email.

I imagine that it will take around 2-3 hours to find contact information (preferably email) of data labeling companies and 1-2 hours to translate my short letter of interest.
