App Copy Translation

I need some copy translating from English into the following languages for an App that I'm building:

French
German
Italian
Spanish
Russian
Hindi
Chinese - Mandarin
Japanese

There is around 280 words to translate, I would do this via Google translate but I want to ensure the translation is 100% accurate.

I will also have some additional translation to do for this project in the future.
