Video transcriptions

I have a 38 short videos from around a few seconds to 5 minutes in lengths. I I would like to have transcribed which will be used for court purposes. They are in lengths as follows:

Could you tell me how much you would charge for this please and if you would be able to send them back, each transcription in a separate word document by the weekend please?
