Unclear audio needing transcription

I have a piece of audio which is 17.5 minutes in English which needs to be transcribed. The work should take between 1-2 hours.

One side of the conversation is quiet and unclear. The audio will need to be edited before it can be audible enough to transcribe properly.

In short, basic audio improvement followed by English transcription.

Audio will be made available to people who want to check it if necessary as it contains sensitive Identifying information.
