Typing into excel of 21 PDF Statements approx 15-30 lines each

There are two sets of credit card statements all of which. are 10-30 transactions each
21 PDFs in total which need to be transcribed to excel.

Only the full date with year, description and amount is required. The sets of statements should be on 2 separate spreadsheets: one for AmexBA and one for AmexGC.

Please no separate sheets for each month. Please note that this is more complicated than using PDF to excel software... As the Amex statements are poorly formatted and cause all sorts of errors!
