Transcription services on ongoing basis

Require unlimited transcription services. 200$ / month ongoing. Must understand medical lingo. Require emailed word documents as rough copies for me to edit within same working days. Weekdays only and approximately 20-30 min audio daily max. This is to build an ongoing relationship. You need to be able to access Dropbox (free to sign up & I invite you to share folder) to retrieve my audio files.
