Experience Level: Intermediate
We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant who is an experienced administrator to help with admin work for a small consultancy. We require someone who has good all-round administration skills, flexibility and good attention to detail.
The first project is to transcribe a number of audio files into a Word document template. The audio files amount to about 5 hours of audio recording available as mp3 files. In addition to this initial project, we will require further admin in other areas which will be commissioned on a job by job basis.
This role is best suited for:
• Someone with proven experience in administration and has a professional conduct.
• Proficient in using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, content management system, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, databases and website updates.
• Excellent written and audio typing skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written English language skills
