Transcription of 12 x approx 1 hour Coaching Skills Teleconference Classes (MP3s)

I need approximately 12 x 1 hour MP3 recordings of Coaching Skills classes (which I taught) transcribing into 12 separate Word Documents.

PLEASE NOTE: The quality of the teleconference recordings is extremely clear and pace of the classes is slow; one professional transcriber has listened to the recordings and has said that as a result the work is 25-50% 'easier' than normal. Unfortunately he has had to pull out of the job due to technical reasons and personal issues.

An indication of timing (ie who said what and when during the recording) will be needed as I may have some of the recordings edited.

It would also be helpful if you have experience editing MP3s
