Transcription from video interviews

I have 4-5 video interviews with 1 main spokesperson that need transcribing. Ideally you'd be able to work with the MP4's we've created and use the timestamp as a reference for the start of each answer.

Each interview is 15-25 minutes long and audio quality is very good.

Budget is per interview rather than the time it takes to transcribe the interviews.

I need the work to be turned around ASAP please.
