Transcription & editing into interview style article

Hi,

We need approximately 2 podcast episodes transcribed per month, however, not a word for word transcription as such. We need it to be edited to make conversational sense in the form of an interview style article like this - https://bit.ly/2uwQ2vI. All colloquial language such as 'um', 'ah', 'sort of', 'kind of' must be removed and some sentences need to be tweaked to make better sense.

Interviews tend to be approximated 45 mins and I know that most transcribers charge per minute so we're obviously happy to pay an extra fee per episode for the post editing. I hope this makes sense, any questions, just shout.
