Trancribe a therapy session

The sound on the file is not very clear and the man speaks with a bit of heavy accent.
I need the whole file transcribed including hesitation sounds.
The lines should be numbered and the man will be called PWP and the woman will be called client as followed:
1. PWP: Type speech here
2. Client: Type next line of speech here
3. PWP: And so on
4. Client: And so on

the file is 33 minutes and I am attaching a sample of it for you to decide.
