Reformat 6 approx 30min SRT Files into readable transcription text

Hello,

I have six SRT files which need to be reformatted so they can be read easily as transcriptions.
Tasks are:

1. Remove timestamps, and just keep a mention of minute and seconds every 2 or 3 minutes
2. Take the Subtitle formatted text and combine it into easily readable lines and paragraphs, without unnecessary carriage returns and so on
