    Philip, i think the budgeted rate you have mentioned is for our working time, and not the per hour audio rate?
    that's because the working time for transcribing one hour of audio is much more than one hour.

    Is there any movement on the rate? Even before PPH take their cut, this is massively under even national minimum wage.
