I need a handbook transcribed into a workbook/worksheet

I run a not-for-profit company that specialises in providing support to vulnerable young people aged 16+. Some of these young people are Care Leavers getting ready to transit to independent living.
I am looking for a very good writer with creative skills to help transcribe a handbook written to help prepare young people for independent living into a workbook. The idea is to be able to use the workbook to assess readiness of the young person for independent living based on the content in the workbook. Ultimately, we want to automate the workbook for ease of assessment so any experience around transcribing text content for automation/programming will an added advantage.
