I have 3 pages of bad English to be corrected to proper English

I have written a text (3 pages, 141 line, 1876 words) of bad English. This should be corrected to proper English. The text is an article for CQ magazine about our amateur radio club. So this is non commercial. All technical words are indicated in yellow and do not need to be translated.
