Extract parts list and images from PDFs

I have 18 PDF files that are parts diagrams. They all will include a diagram image and a parts list. I need somebody to accurately extract a parts list from the pdf. I'm including a sample "origin" pdf. I will supply the 18 origin PDFs. The expected deliverables will be the excel docs that include the accurate parts list detail. I'm including a sample origin pdf as well as the expected deliverables (.xlsx)
