Digital audio transcriber urgently required

I currently have a number of one to one university research interviews which I need transcribed. I need them transcribed in Word format (a template will be provided) on a one week turnaround. Intelligent verbatim transcription required. The files range between 30 mins and 1 hr 30 mins in length. I would like transcribers to complete one file initially and then further work may be offered. An agreed cost per audio minute is required.
