Data Entry from Word Document to Excel format

I need 179 products to be exported manually from Word into Excel Sheet I provide. about 40 columns but not all need to be filled in. So it's 179 going down and 40 across.

I will first as you to do 5 then you can continue since all the information needs to be done correctly.

Work should take no more than about 4-5 hours since information in provided to you. but one box needs to be filled in by you so you will need to find the answer.
