Data entry for 180 surveys

Good morning,
I would like assistance with data entry for 180 surveys (sample attached). I require each survey to be entered in one row per excel sheet. The column headed should contain the question number (e.g Q1, Q2, Q3 a, Q3b, etc.). I do not require the full text for either the questions or the responses (just the code). The code for the response should then be entered. Age and gender can be coded during entry to save time.
