Hi, I need a designer to recreate a file in illustrator so that the file is editable. All I have now is a pdf and the text is not editable. I need the design to include the circles and have the writing match the position in the right arc. Please take a look at the uploaded file first before submitting proposals to ensure it is something you can recreate.
