Audio transcription - 2 hrs

I have an audio recording ( from an iPhone) I would like transcribed. Total recording length is almost 2hrs 23 minutes long. The first 26 minutes of the audio do not need transcribed. Therefore need a little under 2 hrs transcribed. Audio is of a meeting with 4 people in attendance. I have uploaded to My Google drive due to file size and would share the link to file via email. If you can do this work please let me know timeframe and cost. Thank you.
