Write up a meetings and networking policy for my not for profit

I am the founder of a not for profit organisation. I need a meetings policy to ensure money is not waste on unnecessary meetings and networking events. This money could be better used directly on projects with children or developing our income base to ensure sustainability. We want to 1) save money and 2) move towards a modern approach utilising social media and online tools such as Zoom and film to modernise our organisation.

The policy needs to be clear, not at all word'y giving a purpose behind the policy, date agreed, and guidelines.
I would like someone who has WhatsApp who can listen to a recording of me discussing the issue.
Needs to be 1-2 sides of A4 max
