White Papers on diseases and cannabis/cannabidiol

I need a Medical Writer to write a referenced paper on efficacy and potential of cannabis/cannabidiol on Fibromyalgia and its symptoms including the so called co-morbidities (depression, anxiety etc). Probably 3 pages before references. We have a lot of papers already downloaded on the subject. If your work is good there will be a lot more papers to write. The aim of the papers is to provide evidence that it is worth trying medical cannabis and/or it is worth doing a clinical trial. I would like a quote and amount of time to carry this out.
