We wish to get 2 linked legal contracts (B2B) written

We intend to commence operating a franchise style business whereby we recruit and train authorised contractors to carry out some specialist cleaning processes.
There needs to be a contract between us and the contractor covering the obligations of both parties and the termination process plus all the usual legal talk regarding governing law, definitions etc
In addition, authorised contractors will be required to rent some of our specialist cleaning machinery so there needs to be a rental contract covering this.
