US to UK Medicine Name Conversion

I need a list of just under 200 medications that have US branded names that I need their equivalent converted to the UK branded equivalent.

You can find the list of US drug names in the file provided and will input their UK brand equivalent in the column next to it.

Use the following website(s) for US drug names which also state the US drug names and the UK counterparts underneath:
www.insulinhub.com (use as primary source)
www.medixrx.com (use as backup source)

I have attached screenshots of both sites in a word file.

There will be three columns in total:
US Drug Name
UK Drug Name
Type

Using the above website(s) (and screenshot examples in attached Word file), convert the US drug names into UK ones, and those that require "Temp Controlled Express Courier" (see screenshot example), list in the Type column as 1 (see attached Word file for screenshots).

There will be drugs which have no UK counterpart name as it is the same in the UK, so for these, the Type column can be left blank.

Need for immediate turnaround.
