Technical Writing for Industry Publications - Health/Fitness

We need a writer who can produce a press release based on information provided by us, which we have picked up during our research of different markets. The focus is health and fitness products that are available in the UK market at the moment. We have a product database and market information, that needs developed into a press release from that information. Length 1500 words. If you can do the design/layout of the press release that would be great, but if not we can provide a template we have used in the past.
