Technical Justification

I need a 5-7 pages to justify the need of a technical knowledge in smart electronic systems and devices for the future development related to digital transformation and smart cities development. Where four topics to must be part of the justification:
1- The Communication system technology
2- The Biomedical Electronics technology
3- Control system industrial technology
4- Smart system industrial technology (IoT, Wearable sensors ... etc )
