Summarize technical challenges

My name is Mårten Nilsson, and I am heading a collaboration of 50 energy companies from 35 countries.

Our main service is to gather people from our members who operate the same wind turbine. We do this on our app and in quarterly meetings. We have 12 turbine-specific user groups, meaning we have more than 40 quarterly meetings.

Each meeting is recorded and then transcribed. Your work is to turn a transcription into a report. Before the meeting, the energy companies let us know which challenges they want to discuss. Maybe we have between 10-15 challenges per meeting. In the report, you will summarise the discussions, challenge by challenge.

You will also post each summary on the O2O WIND, and you will also communicate directly with our members about what has been published.

It's more important that you have good English skills and people skills than technical skills.
