Short Guide to Secure Browser for teachers

We need to have a guide taht explain teachers waht SEB is, and how they can use it, wiht an example walked through like a recepie. The idea is to create a Sample ocnfiguration file they can use, and follow.
The importance is that this technical process is explained to teachers, some of the important options are covered. Screenshot should be provided.
SEB Secure Browser is a open source ETH project, and can be used free. Important is the ability to take something technicla and explain it to teachers.
