Revise existing Business Sign Program to meet new tenant sign

I'm seeking an individual who can look at an existing business plaza sign program, and understand the architectural standards that were put in place for the tenants. The task is to to modify this sign program and propose an amendment to meet the newly proposed signage requirements. The existing program requires the sizing of the signs to be smaller, different color and placed on a different area than what is being proposed. However the existing program was developed in 1989 and is based on old building colors which are no longer a part of the plaza. The proposed location for one of the new signs is approved at the proposed location, but does not meet the sizing requirement. The other proposed sign is to be placed in a different section then where's the sign program states. The city has certain standards on how to propose this, which have to be met. All documents with specifications will be provided to prepare the proposed amendment.
