Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
I am looking for a writer with an interest in the clinical and medical negligence field.
The project will involve reading and summarising a High Court judgment in the field of clinical negligence and writing a factual summary of around 700-1000 words with the key issues, points of interest and decision detailed. Therefore, the author needs to be familiar with this practice area in order to be able to understand and pull out key points from the paper. The audience will be specialist lawyers who have a deep understanding of this area of law.
This will be a factual piece which is then passed to a specialist lawyer to check and add a final section which will be their opinion on the outcome of the case and the repercussions. You therefore do not need to analyse the decision yourself.
The specific judgment will be provided with some notes on what the key points are to focus on.
Please see the attached 2 examples (with links to the judgment at the end) to get an idea of the style/depth we are hoping to replicate. This is for a live blog and there will be approx 1-2 blogs available per month.
