I need some medical text converted to patient-friendly language

I’m looking for someone to translate some medical information about procedures, operations etc into patient-friendly language. We are making leaflets for patients.

I will give you text that includes some medical words and descriptions intended for doctors. It will need translating into language that a patient with a reading age of 15 would understand.

The first few of these will take sometime – but when a common language is developed there are many more that should be much easier.

Please only apply for this job if you are a healthcare worker or are able to look up/understand these words and translate them into simple language. You will also need to ensure perfect spelling, grammar etc.

Part of this is to summarise complex ideas into simple ones with minimal text. I don’t want long paragraphs.

This job with 10 procedures is to test your ability. If the work is done to a high standard and at speed –there will be many more to follow. I have attached an example containing 3 of these procedures.
