Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need 3000-6000 words on health precautions for pilots. This will be a guide for how pilots can stay safe and healthy. It will be used by pilots of private jets flying worldwide. The guidance should concentrate on avoiding the risk of incapacitation and fatigue while flying, how the physiological effects of flying could be aggravated by each of the topics listed (e.g. low air pressure, possibility of sudden decompression, long periods without physical activity) the health risks of travelling to different countries and the longer-term effects on pilot health (e.g. fatigue, time zone changes, effects of jet lag).
There should be short section on each of the following topics: Alcohol, narcotics, drugs, sleeping tablets, pharmaceutical preparations, immunisations, diving (e.g. scuba), blood donation, meal precautions (i.e. food poisoning), sleep and rest, surgery and infectious diseases.

Hi Andrew,
Hope you're well. It's refreshing to see a content requirement that's focusing on quality first and foremost instead of marketing gimmicks.
What sort of tone are you looking for?
Do you have a timeline for the first draft and final deliverable?
