Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are looking to hire a dietitian or nutritionist to create a quick customized high protein liquid diet weight loss plan.
Parameters
- This plan should be for a healthy female with no real dietary restrictions who does 16:8 intermittent fasting, so the first meal of each day in the plan begins at lunchtime
- Keep recipes fast, simple, and proven to result in weight loss
- The plan will be for 30 days - but many recipes can repeat
- Vegetarian dishes are fine - but this plan is for an anemic person, so bone broth and scoops of protein powder would be helpful protein recipe additions
- Some “zero calorie” solid snacks are OK as an OPTIONAL daily add-in
- Be willing to edit/revise plan drafts according to personal taste. For example: no anchovies, egg nog, buttermilk, cow milk, dark chocolate, or processed sugar. Preference is for fresh or frozen whole, healthy foods and mostly non-processed ingredients.
