Bid Writer required for light touch tender

We are looking for a bid writer to write tenders to get us set up as an alternative ed provider with the council.

Its a small tender- we want to apply to be a alternative education provider, so are looking for fairly low cost due to 1) it being light touch and 2) the value of the project is low, I think its just to be added to their database rather than for a specific amount.

It would be our first tender if successful. We are looking for someone who could log in and complete the form for us, as we have tried this before ourselves and found it very hard.

If successful, we would look at then working hopefully long term to apply for more, bigger tenders.
