Update resume and cover letter- medical device sales (capital equipment)

I would like to update my CV and cover letter. I have updated my current versions to work from as a base (attached). Both could use some new wording and organisation at this stage in my career.
CV- I would like to re-format and re-organise it at this stage in my career. Possibly group like positions and/or like companies (ie. Patient care coordinator, Lifehealthcare, etc.) is one idea I have. But a I am open to the experts ideas.
I would like them both formatted in a way that I can then update myself for some time to come if possible.
Open to ideas.
