Requiring up to date and appropriate CV

I am looking for somebody to provide me with a modern, appropriate but flexible CV.

I am possibly going to be looking for a job having run my own business full time for 2 years as a Clinic Owner. Given the issues over the last 2 years I am having to ensure that I am opening up opportunities within the job market.

The CV must reflect the skills and experience I have within IT as a Senior Project/Portfolio/Service Manager working for different companies including IBM UK Ltd as well as the experience I have as a award winning clinic owner.

Although going back into IT is an option it won't be the only option that I am looking at - hence the flexibility.
