Re-design my CV and make it one-page

I'm searching for a graphic designer and CV writer who can re-design my current CV into a one page format inline with my brand guidelines which I'll provide. I'm a freelancer, so looking to tweak my current CV and give it an eye-catching design which is aligned with my online brand presence. I'll provide the content but some wording might need adjusting in places to fit with the one page format.
