Questionnaire /clearly articulating strengths views motivation

I was approached by a recruiter and had an initial discussion. The role is senior management IT. I am asked to fill the questionnaire where strengths, views in short shall be clearly articulated (like a motivation letter in form of a questionnaire).
I am looking for help/coaching 1-2hrs of work together with an experienced HR/Recruiter to get help with questionnaire and advice for the next interviews - positioning myself. (Questionaire will be pre-filled by me)
Need to complete by EOB 19th November
