Professional application letter

I need someone who can draft a professional application letter reflecting the following:

The application letter should explain (i) why I consider myself suitable (ii) how do I believe I would benefit from the course (iii) whether I have applied for previous judicial roles - yes, in this year alone I have made at least three applications (iv) Whether I have taken part in any support scheme towards judicial appointment - not in the current years but have previously participated in judicial work shadowing.

Bearing in mind that secured a place on the workshop - so the letter need to state how useful I found that course and what I hope to gain from this current course.
