Need LinkedIn Headline and Summary written

Hello, I'm an IT professional who is working for a Charity in a technical role. I am trying to move into a more advanced technical role (Consultancy) in some emerging technologies (Cloud).

I'm currently in the process of creating a Linkedin Profile. I need help with a compelling headline and a decent size summary (not too short or long) only. I can do the other sections myself. I simply don't have the skill to express certain points in a brief compelling manner. I am hoping you would be able to provide the articulation and the maturity level it needs through your writing style.

I would like to capture the following themes/points clearly through the headline and summary::

1. I like working for a charity and get the extra job satisfaction knowing that I am supporting a business (Through IT) that is all about helping people in need. ( I can supply my company website for you to get more details about what we do).
2. I have 6/7 specific projects I have delivered for my current employer ( not sure if this belongs in summary)
3. I want to highlight certain skills that I have and certain qualifications.
4. I also want to highlight the fact that I am currently working with some new technologies (cloud)
5. Even though I don't hold a comparable role currently, my background/skills prove I'm ready for a bigger role.

So those are the points I would like to highlight for a recruiter. Are you able to help?
Would definitely require a voice call for briefing.
