Need help to improve content and presentation of a media graduate CV

Posting this ad for a media production graduate who's 3-page CV is in major need of a revamp. Both presentation and content is important, so an excellent command of words is a must.
CV will be used to apply for jobs in media so ideally a background in media, or working alongside the professionals would be useful, but not mandatory.
Please respond detailing lenght of time it will take you to complete the project and your proposed charge?
