Improve my CV

I would like someone to review and improve my CV. The main areas I want help with are my profile, and creating two versions to focus on different roles I'll be applying for. I have been working on a long version, to include everything, so want this condensed and more focused. I am attaching a full version of my cv, and shorter versions for the roles i'm applying to (Project Managers roles and Logistics Manager roles with humanitarian NGOs). I can send sample JDs too, but couldn't attached anymore here. Thanks, Tim
