Help with rewriting CV & LinkedIn Profile

I have been self employed for 16 years as a Physical Therapist. Prior to this, I worked in the financial services sector as a junior project manager and in operational excellence. I decided to finish up in self employment in September 2024 due to the pressures of self-employment. Over the past year I have completed a Level 9 Post Grad Certificate in Health Project Management. I am looking to secure a part-time job in business administration or project support in the health, education or public services sector.

I need help rewriting my CV to highlight competencies that would be applicable to roles in these sectors. I also need help updating my LinkedIn profile. While working for myself, I ran 3 businesses in succession (Silchester Physical Therapy, Onebody and Onebody Clinic). Most of the activities in these businesses were the same but each one was an evolution of the other. For example, my first business 'Silchester Physical Therapy' was a small clinic located next to my home. I moved to Advantage Health and Wellness Ltd T/A Onebody where I was one of 2 directors who established a holistic multidisciplinary clinic. Sadly my business partner passed away in 2023. I reverted to being a sole trader under Onebody Clinic as it was not practically or financially feasible for Advantage Health and Wellness Ltd to continue. My challenge is how to position this on my CV so the change in circumstance is professionally addressed, the activities do not appear repetitive and the unique properties of each business are highlighted.
