HSSE Training Programmes: Oversee and manage site's training programs for employees regarding HSSE best practices, procedures, and regulations. Maintain records of all safety-related training and certifications. Documentation & Reporting: Oversee and ensure regular site HSSE reports are prepared for project management team, highlighting performance metrics, areas of concern, and suggested improvements. Communcation: Engage with employees, contractors, regulators, and the local community to foster positive relationships and address any concerns related to HSSE. Risk Management: Oversee site risk assessments for site operations, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigating measures.
