CV writing for an IT management position

I intend to apply for an IT management position inside my current company. I'm looking for someone who can compose a CV that encompasses my previous leadership experience in a comprehensive and professionals way. This would be first official People Leader position so personal and informal previous experiences will have to be presented as winsome qualifications.
I can provide the internal job posting, my previous CV in writing and the past experiences that I think are relevant to this position also in writing or if possible trough a Teams Meeting
