CV review for COO / Operations Director / VP Operations roles

I am currently a management consultant seeking to move into a senior operational in-house role at a small or medium sized firm in the UK (i.e. start up or PE portfolio company). My focus sectors tend to be industrial or consumer products manufacture and distribution, as well as business-to-business services. My CV is currently rather complex and consulting focused. I have tried to simplify the 1-page CV and include my project experience on a second page, but am sure it would benefit from an external, professional view. I would like to understand how to optimise it to be as effective as possible for the kind of business and role I am looking for. I am looking for initial advice and comments to agree changes, and then for any formatting or re-writing to be undertaken. I hope you can help.
