CV renewal

I am looking for somebody to re-write my CV I' have worked in a production, engineering manufacturing type environment most my adult life.
I am looking at getting out of that type of work and re-training to become a counsellor or social worker (that type of work) I did work for one year at homeless hostel, I've been a manager director of a 64 block apartment building and I was on a large housing associations tenants scrutiny panel, so I've got something to work with to put on CV
I want my new CV to be more attractive to somebody employing in social care type jobs.

I have attached my old CV with lots of new information added to give you a rough idea.
