CV and Cover Letter

I wonder if you can help
Will you be able to make a suitable CV and a cover letter for a Human Resources trainee position?
I'm asking for a friend.
She's been in UK for two months now, her English level is intermediate.
At the moment she's taking courses in Human Resources.
It wouldn't be a rush with these as is a long term career plan.
I've attached a draft CV, as is work in progress.
It would be great if you could help.
