Website QA Testers Needed (48-Hour Intensive Test)

We’ve just released a major update to our web platform (Booking & Review Platform) and we’re looking for experienced QA testers to thoroughly test the website over the next 48 hours.

GoAmico is a hospitality booking + verified review platform for restaurants and hotels. The goal is to identify bugs, broken flows, UX issues, and edge cases before wider rollout.

This is not automated testing only — we need real human testing across all main user flows.

What Needs to Be Tested

You will test the platform end-to-end from multiple user perspectives:

1️⃣ Guest / User Flow

Account registration & login

Browsing venues

Booking flow (availability, calendar, booking states)

Payments flow (test mode)

Leaving reviews (including receipt upload where applicable)

Saving drafts, submitting reviews, validation messages

2️⃣ Business Owner Flow

Owner dashboard access

Calendar & availability management

Viewing bookings

Managing reviews (view / respond / flag)

3️⃣ General QA & UX

Broken links or pages

UI/UX issues (layout, responsiveness, unclear actions)

Error handling & edge cases

Performance issues

Mobile vs desktop behavior

Deliverables

Within 48 hours, you must provide:

A clear bug report document (Google Doc / Notion / Excel)

Each issue should include:

Steps to reproduce

Expected vs actual behavior

Screenshots or short screen recordings

Browser/device used

Categorize issues as:

Critical / High / Medium / Low

Bonus if you also include UX improvement suggestions.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Experience with QA / manual testing of web apps
✅ Comfortable testing booking, payment, and dashboard systems
✅ Clear written communication
✅ Able to start immediately and finish within 48 hours

Nice to have:

Experience testing marketplaces, booking platforms, or SaaS dashboards

Testing on multiple browsers or devices
